May I ask what is medically unacceptable about coldwater extraction? I know many people whose conditions have required enough opiates to give them a high tolerance, and whose doctors will not prescribe non-APAP medications. These people are really concerned about their livers, and the worst possible outcome of a coldwater extraction is less hydro than they started with.
