Night Shade, It dosen't sound like you found Oxycontin at all through the use of DB and are still here, so you must have gotten help somehow through the use of this site and/or your personal specialist. You (and your described condition) are probably one of the few exceptions to the general population that relentlessly attempts to obtain this drug through the use of DB.

While a few people might have a legitimate need for this substance; I more often than not see a member regestered with in the last week either asking for a source for this drug, PMing me asking to trade other drugs for this drug or out right describing and promoting their missuse/abuse of this drug.

I personally know people that are on Oxycontin or closely related drugs and 99% of the time if the person REALLY needs this substance it will be prescribed at the discretion of a doctor. Despite this opinion, I also deal with unsymapthetic (or ignorant) doctors ALL THE TIME. Even today as a matter of fact I grew so impatient with my PCP's nurse that I lost my temper and blew off some steam, greatly at her expense (well deserved due to her chosen "tone" with me).

I just hope that the majority of people that come here look for TREATMENT and nothing more.
