I buy and sell on ebay also.. lots... I get one of these bad boys at least once a week. There is a quick way to tell if this is real or not. Not that they ever are. In whatever program you use to get your email click view source or headers. Usually in the headers there will be line right along with the from awconfirm yada yada... misconfigured sender line. Now yes you can send all this to But I have recently tracked one of these nasties as originating in austraila at least that is where the domain they used is based. There has been a pickup in my "ebay emails" recently. I don't think that ebay is gonna be doing a whole lot about them so just be careful and never give personal info on them
