As for this post: Just use web-based email services like hotmail or yahoo that have built in antivirus protection and you're all set. These viruses are stopped before they ever reach your inbox. If you don't have antivirus software installed on your system along with the latest antivirus definitions, you shouldn't use a computer. Don't open attachments directly from your email. Download them to your desktop first and then scan them with your antivirus software for viruses before opening them.
