I also live in a small rural community but we do have a UPS hub in the town near where I live. It is very laid back and small. Our business receives stuff from UPS almost on a daily basis. The lady that works at the office calls me when I have a COD to let me know I have one and how much it is. She also knows to hold onto it untill I get there with my money order. I guess my point here is that I'm glad I dont have to go to a really big UPS hub to pick up a pkg. I have never had to show ID for anything as everyone here knows everyone else. (Either that or they are married to, divorced from, or related to each other)
