It all depends on where you had it shipped to. IF you had it shipped to your house you can only pick it up at the hub AFTER the first attempted delivery. Once you have a "door tag" you call the 800# (1-800-pickups) and tell them you need the package held at the hub for pickup. In the future you can just have your package sent to the local hub. Just call that 800# and ask the address for your nearest hub. Give that address to your op. Simple as that!!
