CandyKitty, I think because they're both stimulants, there may be an increased risk of having seizures. I recently tried Wellbutrin again, after having bad luck the first time, and after three days of a low dose, quit again. Wellbutrin is known for decreasing one's appetite, but it made me want to gorge, and it just made me feel so detached from my emotions and totally unable to concentrate. I know it can be very helpful for some people, but it was a horrible drug for me. I took it for three days, and it took my three days to recover from it. I had horrible migraines too, and was basically unable to function for two days straight. It can take up to 50 hours to get out of your system, and it did for me. I'm finally feeling back to normal now, but I'll never take Wellbutrin again. Just be careful combining wellbutrin with other stimulants. From what I've read on the internet, it's not a good idea. But I know what works for one, can be a nightmare for another, but I'd just suggest doing lots of research on the internet, read forums about people's experiences on wellbutrin, and particularly combining it with other stimulants. Good luck with it, and I'm glad it's working for you! ![]() |
