Can anyone advise me on the relative strengths of Alprozolam(Xanax)/Diazepam(Valium)/Lorazepam(Ativan).

I am prescribed 1 mg Ativan by my doctor, and find that this is equal approximately to 10mg of Valium. How does this compare to Xanax? I was once prescribed .25 Xanax and didn't notice when I took 1 of them.

Also from reading the above link, do people find that Xanax is more short acting than Ativan?
