i've been on avinza the patch and oxycontin and i got to say the oxy wins for pain relief the patch sucks was on the 50 and i was in pain all the time avinza the morphine capsule same thing didn't help pain oxy is good and i would go for that before the patch cause its hard to keep on and keep it from buckleing up and not working properly even with the bioclusive covers from the company. you'll probably get 20mg twice a day. and i bet it works better than 30 mg morphine.
