There are 15 and 30 mg pills that are used for breakthrough pain. They have the same medicine in them as Oxycontin (medicine is called oxycodone), and the only difference is that they are not time-released. I think they are called oxy IR (IR = instant release) or sometimes I've heard them called roxycodone, which I believe is the generic name for them. Hope this helps u out.
