LPR I might be wrong and I certainly do not want to be responsible for you getting an addiction but I need at least 2mg of Xanax to feel it. I am a tall person though so some might not need what I do. Also don't take Xanax for more than a week daily is what I learned, if you do the comedown is absolutely terrible.
