hey broncfan....Call purdue, 800-599-6070, this is the patient assistance # and ask them to fax or send you an Application for their IPAP program. I applied about a month or so ago, and they sent me back a decision that they have approved me for a full year of Oxycontin at no cost to me. You need to have a prescription wrote out by you Dr. and your drivers lisence and SS#, and proof of your income. If you can get on this, I know it would help you. If you want their Address, PM me.
