Most credit cards these days come with online purchase protection, and even in the days of yore before they offered such things, you could still get charges removed from your card if you didn't make them. I have had to do that a time or 2 and it's simple. Just call them and tell them that you ordered some products from 'name of company' that won't respond to you or help you, and that you didn't receive your product and also that there are charges on your card after that incident that you are absolutely sure you did not make. They'll send a form to you to fill out, really basic questions, then you mail it back and within a couple days or weeks your account is re-credited the amount. I've had to do this once with an IOP and even with something as "gray area" as an IOP, VISA had no compunctions at all about refunding my money. I could have told them it was meds or whatever, but they didn't ask nor seem to care. I'd definitely give that a shot before giving up. Don't let the scammers win... it makes my blood boil to ponder what these folks spend our money on, very hard to come-by money at that, from sick folks who are only going this crazy route because we can't afford any other way.
