unfortantly no. it is all based on money, the ins co wants to save as much money as possible. there was once in the matter of 3 months i had to change my stomach med. the first month i got previcid. the next month i had to call the doc to call in protonix because previcide was not choice med of ins co. then the third month i had to call again to change it prilosec. all because ins company agreement with drug company. the reason i had to have a new script called in were each med was a different milligram and thus considered a new script to be dispensed. it was crazy
