Yes, and unfortunately Paxil, with its short half life (for SSRIís) of 24 hours is supposedly one of the worst for withdrawal symptoms. Although I will say I did stop for like six months a year ago and although I had some flu like symptoms, anxiety, etc. it wasnít that bad. Letís just say Iíve had worse withdrawals!!

I guess part of my point was its probably good to some degree that antidepressants don't have such an immediate and dramatic affect of mood. Otherwise they'd be scheduled, controlled substances too with kids grinding them up and snorting them or some such thing and us begging for IOP's to send them to us at $20 a pill!!

You know anything fun is illegal, expensive, and/or fattening!
