I've been taking it for about 12 days now at 1mg in the morning and 1 mg in the evening but just recently cut back to only 1 mg in the evening - *hoping* that this dose will hold out for a (long) while. I'm trying to conserve my supply so that it lasts as long as possible while still getting me to sleep at night (and controlling my anxiety during the day due to its long half-life).
it might never happen. or it might take years or decades. everyone is different. but i think that if you expect to have those problems, you're increasing their odds of happening.
