I agree that Vioxx is helpful at the 50 mg dose. My PCP prescribes 25 mg once a day - that does nothing at all for my pain. If I take 50mg I get some relief. Like many of you on this board I suffer from DDD, SI joint pain and wicked arthritis. I also take a muscle relaxer and tramadol (these I purchase from OPs and IOPs.)
