I have severe back problems, which is why I was on the neurontin and am now on the topamax. My migraines (which I used to get frequently and now get rarely I don't take anything for preventatively for - the one time I did it was an ace inhibitor and my blood pressure dropped so low I passed out). I'm not sure if I will continue the topamax because I can't keep my eyes open at work right now. We'll see...
