What an excellent post, FLYGIRL!!!
It did not make me happy to see how much we are not alone, but it made me feel like slightly less of a loser when I had a hard time taking a shower this morning.
Everytime I go thru one of the extremes I have been going thru all the days of my life, I feel like an alien. Having someone take the time to post these studies validates my situation. That is an accomplishment I cannot always pull off.
