I've been on this board for over two years now, and there really have been quite a few 'stories' on Online Physicians over this period of time. And there are always times where we thought that it was the end of the road for OP's.

It seems to me, that since I've been here that instead of less choices in regard to OP's, there are now more. It's supply/demand and a money making business for these companies. If there is demand, there will be supply. And I believe (truly) that bad press will fade quickly. It's a story making headline for a bit, then a more important issue comes up, and new OP's start popping up again.

Unfortunately, those of us suffering from chronic pain don't have doctors who will prescribe the medicine needed by us to function normally. I believe that the Feds are much more interested in those who actually sell than those who buy for their medical problems. Yes, there have been several OP's go under because of problems related to not following the 'gray area' of the law (??), but those that require records and those of us who fill out the forms, send in our MR's will most likely for some time to come have a choice when it comes to OP's. This is just my opinion, from what I've seen during these past years I've been a chronic pain patient, and reading these boards.
