I wonder if those Dr's accused had Pain Contracts with the patients. A friend of mine goes to a Dr. that requires one of the Contracts and he has to update it yearly. They make him get his police records,check for Drug and Alcohol rehab, and a slew of other information that would weed out most abusers.He's also subject to a pill count and urine test at any time, and must do it within 24 hrs. It makes it rough on the patient, but I guess it may be necessary to cover the Dr. from a legal standpoint. Just my take on the subject!!! KO
