I did a search for "ephedra lawsuit", expecting to find pretty much just a link to the newest story.

No, what I found was page upon page of trial lawyers offering their services for suing ephedra manufacturers.

Everyone, a big round of applause for personal accountability and frivolous lawsuits! A sure way to guarantee we'll never be able to make our own choices again!
