yup, people need to take responsiblity for what THEY put into their own bodies, and stop relying on a "government" to protect them, or stop "blaming" a government for what THEY did to themselves. just because tobacco is legal doesn't mean people need to use it, same with alcohol, diet pills, etc. anything.
