I can tell you this, my ex-wife has been taking Metabolife, which contains EPH., and while she has lost a lot of weight fast, she looks like death walking and I have seen others the same way.

Toe, people will put whatever they want in their body then sue anyone they can when something terrible happens. They have no one to blame but themselves.
