Yep. I had a little advanced warning on this issue from someone in the business. I just recently told a board member that very soon, they will be having very long and very boring sub-committee hearings on this very issue on cspan and cspan2. It'll last it's usual VERY long time to come to any compromise, some will get hit and have to close up shop, and others will find a legal way to keep doing business. But WE will pay for all of this with our wallets once they do settle on a plan, because I'd imagine the plan they'll adopt will be with real doctor consults, roving medics...etc, and that just usp the consult fees.
Places that just ask for a short page to fill out, and meds get shipped the next day are S.O.L, and soon.....
