I believe it falls under motor vehicle as well, this was a pharmacy reporting a woman at the drive through window. She was obviously in a car. Many felony stops are initiated by uniformed officers. The call amounts to an investigate a woman in a car at the pharmacies drive through window. If a Vice or Narcotics officer (usually plain cloths) where the first to respond I could understand her attempt to flee, she could have claimed that they did not properly identify themselves. But a uniformed motorcycle officer would leave little room for an excuse to flee other than the obvious that she had committed a felony knew it and excersizing bad judgement is what got her in this situation "dead". We need to keep this in perspective her actions caused her death. As far as the execution style shooting (a theory) that one poster describes this not plausible given the circumstances that I read in the article. I will admit the article leaves many unanswered questions in my mind as well. As an additional note there are a few "mothers" on death row and serving life in prison. Motherhood does not mean innocence and I believe a Grand Jury will eventually hear all the evidance and determine what action if any to take against the police officer. The general public or the media choose to ignore or exploit shootings involving police officers because they have little if any practical experience in police training and procedures.
Take care. Billylll
