In motor vehicle stops uniformed officers are almost always the 1st responders especially when a woman is involved. There have been to many incidents of fake unmarked cars and police imposter's. Many departments in the East have removed unmarked cars from their fleets replacing them with units that have police lettering on their sides so they can be properly identified by the public and the officer's that operate these "light barless" semi marked cars are always in uniform. If an unmarked motorcycle and a Vice cop not in uniform were involved with this incident the public would have every right to be upset. Take care. Billylll
