Well....it's kinda odd that a uniform came out there. Generally that is something that Vice handles. My ex-brother in law is Vice & Narcs and he works the pharmacies. He knows all the pharmacists in his area and Vice is who they would call with an issue such as this.

You know it's kinda like the issues with calling off a chase, you have to decide when the possible outcome is not worth the violation.
