Our prisons are full of people who were "busted" for drugs, yet I think we can each state the case or name of a person who was out on the streets commiting yet another rape or murder because the prisons are full .

My entire point is that society, and the agencies and money that make up society and its rules, seem to have missed the point with the "war on drugs".

Could the pharmacy not have written down all her information and given it to the police? Did the officer say "Freeze, or I'll shoot"? Could the law enforcement have found some other place to park? Surely a motorcycle cop knows that people, especially those 'on drugs', will often try to flee in order to avoid arrest. Cars are bigger than bikes. Even MY car is bigger than a bike.

No, we surely do not know the truth on this one. And for what it's worth, those of you who know me know that no one likes rules better than I do, so this is not about "judging members" here.
