Originally how it starts out, is you buy a starter card, and get charged a one time fee of $9.95. After this, you go home, and activate your card on the website i provided above. As far as what kind of other fee's are involved, their are two. Anytime you want to charge up your card, you pay a $4.95 fee plus whatever money you want to put on it. Then, every month, they charge you a $4.95 maintence fee. That is all. If you don't use the card at all one month, then obviously the only fee you pay is $4.95. It takes 2-3 weeks to recieve Credit Card after activated. (Mine came in 10 days, they just tell u approx 2-3 weeks)
