On October 8th, 2004, an article in the Patriot Ledger (Quincy, Ma.) reported that police arrested a man in Kingston, Ma. who allegedly bought large quantities of hydrocodone through the mail with the intention of selling it. It goes on to say that the arrest was the result of a month long investigation when the man was observed receiving "large quantities" of hydrocodone via United Parcel Service deliveries from drug companies in Miami. To make things worse, his home was near a school or park. He was charged with numerous violations, including obtaining drugs by fraud.
