I heard this via word of mouth and came here to confirm. I heard that taking it for 3 years increases your chances of heartattack or stroke by as much as 50%. I don't have any references

That's worrisome - both my mother and my husband's mother use vioxx, and husband's g-ma died of a stroke a few years ago!
