I got the same letter. Probably won't pay out much, but I did have a legitimate beef with them at one point. Somehow, my CC number fell into the hands of some kid who bought a membership to an internet porn site with my account #. Since I was using my CC through PayPal for eBay at the time, I'm almost positive that my account # was obtained through a transaction I had made on their "secure" server connections. They of course denied any involvement, but come on, it happened right after I set up the stupid account. Something is definitely rotten in Denmark over there.
