Adderall is actually four amphetamine salts, not just three.
You are right, it is basically 'speed', but when used as prescribed helps many people. I am sure many speed freaks or other rec drug users could be helped by medications if they were educated enough to realize that perhaps their desire to use drugs is in reality a quest to feel normal. JMO
Education is the key.
