Re: the new (totally respectable) drug scene...

It's heartening to know that the priviliged upper class has no problems getting whatever meds they need to live their jaded lives without additional angst. Barely a mention of having to go the internet on the Upper East Side (of NYC).

It would be nice if this same liberal philosophy extended to the less glamourous single mother who has to do back breaking 12 hour shifts in an institutional laundry room. Then her occupationally induced back condition could be similarly, freely treated by Dr. Feelgood, rather than the skeptical ER doc looking for the "10 warning signs of a drug seeker" as opposed to looking at the patient's condition. We could then put this debate about Telemedicine to bed.
