I think in honesty, that many of of the no records-online questionaire sites probably did sell to anyone with a credit card that could fill out the forms.
And what I presume is that included many kids and adults with no prior history of legitimate need for the medications they bought.

This makes it hard on people who have legitimate need.
But as a group I think we should have shunned these sites.
Again easy access can be hard to say no to.
We all have seen what we consider to be legit OPs fold, sometimes overnight.

This situation is sad but I hope telemedicine survives the Bush attack.
