There's always prepaid credit cards and simply lying about your age. And then there's COD and using mom and dad's credit card, stolen out of a wallet for the night. With the statement coming next month, I don't think kids really care, especially if the charge is from a name that could be argued to be something else- like a local Urgent Care visit or something.

I don't know the age restrictions- but can't anyone with a checking account easily get a debit card? I know you don't have to be 18 for that.
