Cara..I totally agree. One of my docs told me "sometimes the pain doesn't go away", and my current md said "I'm not giving you anything stronger than you're getting". I have arthritis in my hip which makes walking painful - since I discovered OP's, the tension is gone when I visit the doctor - I no longer need him for anything stronger than the anti-inflammatories he gives me. It's very liberating, to say the least!
