If the doctor and pharmacy do not care enough to verify the boys age they should not be sending out potentially deadly narcotics. Please do no misunderstand me, the boys parents should have been monitoring his online activities more but if a 17 year old boy can get these drugs then it is too easy to get them. Again, I am aware that my opinion is not popular but it is my opinion. Reputable OP's require extensive records and photo ID's, this site did not, thats all I am trying to say.
