This is a sad story but it is illegal to give hydrocodone without medical records and the truth is most teenagers are too immature to understand the consequences of taking such drugs so the doctor and pharmacy must be held responsible to some degree. I now my opinion is not popular but OP's that give narcotics to teenagers should be Shut down PERIOD!
