Some bad people have figured out how to get drugs off the Internet. In order to protect our God, country, and children, I call their techniques to your attention.

MAIN OBSERVATIONS:

1. Most of the Internet drugsters "in the know" take the same attitude about "paid" pharmacy lists. Namely, that these lists are just compilations (gathered off the internet) made by guys who are trying to make a few bucks (except in the case of drugbuyers.com, #5). The drugsters say would-be drug buyers can pay for this information, if they are just Internet stupid, but if that is the case they will have problems anyway. So they suggest that you stay away from this kind of crapola give me your money schemes no matter who you are, unless you trust and like the guys (there is just too much free information out there for you to be paying these idiots). Or, so they say. The lists are made by guys who sit around all day thinking, "How can I get rich quick? I know!" and then they put up some list they steal from other sites or find from search engines, and they hardly update it enough, because they are just working to get try to get rich, not because they like you.

2. I like you.

3. The successful Internet druggie must be willing to spend some time investigating in order to insure he doesn't get ripped off. These inquisitive heads have bought all sorts of drugs, and many have yet to be ripped off, so beginning Internet drugsters have more success with their evil plans by listening to the tips of more experienced drug fiends. Of course, there is still a chance their drugs will be picked up by Customs, or that the pharmacy will make an error, or they may just get ripped off by a pharmacy with a good reputation. These guys know people can't catch up to them, so Internet drug fiends have learned to be careful, but not so careful that they don't take any risks.

4. GETTING PAIN-KILLERS IS VERY DIFFICULT for them (except codeine products). Other scheduled drugs are easy for them to get - such as valium, tenuate, etc. But they are not able to get Pain Killers via an overseas pharmacy. They can of course get these drugs in America from doctors that they get to know or pain management places, but "Best if kept off the board it is expensive," said one source. In order to get these drugs off the Internet, they have to email doctors in far away poor places and you can imagine how risky that can be. But if they are willing to take the risk, they live by a creed that says they should tell others their experiences. They advise not to even try to get these drugs because it will most likely prove wasteful of time. Unless they are just gung ho about it. Then they have to investigate on their own. One total druggie said:

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE BULLSHIT YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET ABOUT HOW "EASY" IT IS TO GET PAIN KILLERS AND HARDER DRUGS. THESE GUYS ARE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOU IN EXCHANGE FOR BULLSHIT INFORMATION.

5. Before ordering, they always make sure they read up on that pharmacy or person's reputation. They do so by going to the newsgroups (they often use deja to search groups) or go to forums like drugbuyers.com - this is a website that is FREE and it is loaded with useful and GOOD information from and for buyers. They stress that the prospective Internet drug buyer must explore the entire website carefully. They offer plenty FREE information and offer membership (for a fee).

6. THE LAW. THERE IS SO MUCH MISLEADING INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING SCHEDULED DRUGS ONLINE THAT IT NEEDS TO BE MADE CLEAR. I have researched this topic very very thoroughly. IT IS ILLEGAL TO IMPORT ANY AMOUNT OF A SCHEDULED DRUG! (You can however import drugs that are not scheduled under certain restrictions) Now the question is: Will the DEA come arrest them if they intercept 100 valiums being sent to their house? There are many legal issues that must be addressed and this costs law enforcement a lot of money, so they may do nothing since there are tens of thousands ordering drugs off the net, or they might come knock on the drugster's door just to scare him, or they may just send him a letter to scare him. I have only read of a very few cases where arrests were made. They want the big guys, but they are not afraid to scare a few small guys. And sure they don't have the resources to arrest everybody but we all know that they do make examples.

THEY SAY THAT DRUGBUYERS IS THE BEST PLACE TO START.

They just "play it cool" with their orders and they don't get bothered. They caution not to sign for packages from unknown postmen. If they get a letter from customs, then they don't order again for a while or find an alternative address (pharmacies usually will not ship to P.O. Boxes). If law enforcement knocks on the door then they DON'T TALK BACK TO THEM when they are grinding them. They act afraid of them, say yes sir and yes ma'am, and then they play it cool for a long time. This never happened to any of the druggies I interviewed. I think it may depend on where they live and if they have criminal records, their age, etc. as to whether they get a knock on the door. And if they have a package that is searched. Of course if they never search any of the packages being sent to the drugsters, then they will never have a problem.

OTHER TECHNIQUES OF THE INTERNET DRUG BUYERS
-- They find out the foreign names to the drugs they want and cut and paste those names into search engines to find possible pharmacies.
-- They make sure they read about shipping costs with pharmacies. Some of them charge way more for shipping than the cost of the final order.
-- They find that New Zealand is a good supplier of Codeine.
-- They find that India is a very good supplier of CHEAP DRUGS, especially non scheduled ones. They often use this information for good purposes. You can tell your grandma if she is spending too much.
-- South Africa exports a lot of scheduled drugs using a system of mailing to one country and having it repackaged and remailed. It can take longer but it is safer to have them to mail it this way.
-- Most online pharmacies in Mexico are too expensive for the Internet drug fiend, and many untrustworthy. They just drive to Best if kept off the board Mexico and find a pharmacist who will mail whatever they want. Some pharmacists on the border bring the drugs across the line before they mail them, the absolute safest way to have drugs shipped.
-- Thailand, they say, is another good source of scheduled drugs. They always are sure to keep up to date with the newsgroups. Sometimes Customs will focus on one country.
-- SOMA is NOT a scheduled drug. Order away.
