Boy what a family. It would have been more surprising if she turned out not to be a drug addict. This just seems like a sad, foregone conclusion. Apparantly there is another sister in this family, who refused to participate in the reality show. Probably she is the one without the addict genes.

I wish Kelly well in her recovery, although I have my doubts that her brother has actually put together an honest year with ZERO drugs or alcohol. I mean who could tell? Most teenagers are so depressed and sleep deprived in the normal course of just being teenagers that even the perfectly straight-laced ones look like they could be on some substance or other. I was often accused of being on drugs when I was 15 and 16, but I didn't even try any recreational substance until my second year of college. Except maybe beer.

Does recovery now become a subplot on the Osbornes reality show? I don't get MTV so I never see any Osbornes on tv except for Sharon's truly awful daytime chat show (that comes on where I live right after Jerry Springer).
