I have a pre-paid mastercard and have not had a problem yet ordering meds but I did need to have a charge back a week ago from allusascripts.com and it took 10 days so I am thinking that the pre-paid card dealers are getting tired of having that happen...for sure when alot ofus did not pay the extra 15 or 20 bucks they asked for when U set up your accout so that you can purchase meds on-line. I never paid that and I am sure everytime a charge back is done there has to be some type of fee that someone pays, who I don't know. Anyway if this vew rule goes into full effect then I am sure the Op's will become more flexible because they want the green backs baby & that's the bottom line. TheMedMan..
