There is one op tht you may pay with a money order and once you get the money order and mail it, you fax them a copy of the mo and the tracking # to mail it. Once they get the fax they set you up for a consult. This can happen all on the same day. They also take Cod for payment for your script. I myself prefer this way., that way there is no double billing ect. Others may have to start doing this.
