The inability to pay for consults using credit cards may cause a delay in the consults but some, if I'm not mistaken, will take a money order. In which case you procure the money order, write the name of the OP and send it to them. If you need it quickly, over night it(at an additional cost) with someone to sign for the delivery to prove it was sent. The pharmacies I have dealt with allow C.O.D so again another money order. I used my first C.O.D. the other day and it cost very little to purchase it. JMO.
