Paysystems, which was used by the pharmacies I listed, is a third party processor which accepted online pharmacies until this month. So pharmacies using third party processors are still going to be affected.

Using other merchant accounts and simply lying about your business will be one method OPs and IOPs will use (and have used already), not to mention using totally offshore credit card processing setups, which is popular with other types of businesses.

In the meantime this will make it very tough for them to operate, on cash flow and in marketing. I have a feeling that that was the intention.
