Re: DEA to make Hydrocodone Schedule II

I had to respond to this one. I have a family member that is HIV positive (not infected from drug abuse). This person has constant pain all over her body. A few weeks ago, she had a tooth pulled, then got dry socket. Now this is a person that gets dilaudid from time to time from her PCP & this bozo dentist gives her a script for 800 MG of Moltrin. I have to say, if it were me in her condition, drug addition would be the LAST thing I was worrying about, and living my life, as pain free as possible& to the fullest would be a priority. I really believe, as terrible as this sounds, a few doctors, members of the DEA & congress need to know what Itís like to be in horrible pain, then have no way to feel better. Maybe then they would open their eyes?
