That is a pure genius statement, and I think everybody receiving hydro ought to just ask for the 'upgrade' to oxycodone based medications (I am thinking more effective pain management with relatively little or even no APAP to destroy organs), since they're in the same schedule to begin with - or will be. Not that I am adding anything new here, I just happen to think that's a great idea.
