If you know the senator who represents your area, that should be where your first letter goes to. You can also write directly to the White House and someone of the Prez's staff generally will see that one. You might also want to have a look at vote.com and see if they have set up a poll about this. Vote.com forwards your comments to various political types so they know what we are thinking about on certain issues.
