I don't know about that...getting relief from other narcotics when I was on maintenance was next to impossible. Perhaps your dose was more manageable than mine.

The reality of the situation is that while you are on methadone or buprenorphine maintenance, you may just have to white knucle it through painful episodes as most doctors see the "addict" label and don't prescribe in amounts significant to overcome the methadone or buprenorphine.
